1. Eligibility for Returns:
- You may initiate a return for any unused bra within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, bottoms, once purchased, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. To be eligible for a return, the bra must be in its original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Initiating a Return:
- To start a return for eligible bras, please contact our customer support team at arquetipolingerie@gmail.com. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details. Our team will guide you through the return process.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible bras (bottoms can never be returned for hygiene reasons) unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. Returns for bottoms will not be accepted.
4. Inspection and Processing:
- Upon receiving the returned bra, we will inspect it for eligibility. Returns are typically processed within 7 business days. Once approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
5. Refunds:
- Refunds for eligible bras will be processed promptly and should reflect in your account within the standard processing time of your financial institution.
6. Defective or Incorrect Bras:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect bra, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return shipping and offer a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Exchanges:
- At this time, we do not facilitate direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a bra, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item.
8. Fees and Costs:
- There are no restocking fees for eligible bra returns. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect. Returns for bottoms will not be accepted.
